We had a fantastic experience at P.F. Chang's overall. The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cocktails were amazing and were definitely one of the highlights of our meal. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because of the restroom. There were only three stalls, and two were out of order, leaving just one available. Unfortunately, the only working stall was absolutely disgusting. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, there was used toilet paper left in the bowl, and urine was all over the toilet area and bathroom floor. It was so unsanitary that I couldn't use it. I had to wait until I got homeβabout 45 minutes laterβto use the restroom. This was extremely disappointing and simply isn't acceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. I hope management makes restroom cleanliness and maintenance a priority because it was the only thing that took away from an otherwise excellent dining experience. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent, and we'd love to come back once this issue is addressed.

My boyfriend and I went, he ordered wine, wine glass was dirty, particles in the wine glass. The chicken was barely cooked. It was absolutely disgusting. We ate maybe 3 pieces and thatβs what the one piece looked like. We spent $100 plus tip for nasty food. Service was on point tho. Just not the food. Wonβt ever go back.

Lots of menu choices... the Teriyaki Chicken was fantastic and I probably should have opted for a rice instead of the Lo-mein... all and all a pretty good meal. Our server Steven was fantastic.. very attentive and professional.

P.F. Chang's continues to lean into its philosophy of wok cooking, and you can taste that commitment in the food. Their approach blends traditional Asian technique with a modern twist, creating dishes that feel authentic but still accessible. I sat at the bar and ordered the Mongolian beef ($26) and added rice for an extra $3. The portion size felt a little small for the price point, which made it seem slightly expensive. That said, the flavor more than made up for it. The rice was great and pork was well-seasoned, the vegetables fresh, and the overall execution was excellent. It was a fantastic dish. Bar service was good, though not exceptional. The bartender wasnβt overly conversational and was a bit slow with both food and drink service at times. Still, she was professional and handled everything well. They featured a special cocktail for the evening, which my wife ordered, and it was very good. All in all, for it being in the mall, it was a very good experience. Solid food, a strong commitment to wok-based cooking, and an enjoyable night overall.
